Our Services

At Alliance Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we offer a whole host of surgical services specifically focused on the teeth and jaws.
The following are the most common procedures patients request at our offices in Fort Worth and Haslet, Texas:
Wisdom Teeth

WISDOM TEETH EXTRACTIONS

Adolescence is a turbulent time as it is.  Who needs the pain of impacted wisdom teeth thrown into the mix?  The third molars are the last adult teeth to come in.  They usually erupt during the years between the late teens and early twenties, a period traditionally associated with the acquisition of wisdom, hence the name "wisdom teeth".

If your jaw is too small to accommodate one or all four of them, you have what's called an impacted tooth, which could

lead to infection, damage and loss of adjacent teeth, jaw pain and other problems.

Oral & Maxillofacial surgeons are THE experts for removal of wisdom teeth.  When it comes to you, your child or any family members having surgery and anesthesia, you want the most highly trained doctors, and that would be an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon.

Let Alliance Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery help you avoid the pain and problems related to wisdom teeth.  Call our office number and schedule a consultation in one of our two convenient locations.

DENTAL IMPLANT

DENTAL IMPLANTS

You never appreciate what you have until it's gone.  Teeth are no exception. Losing one or more teeth affects the way your smile looks, the way you eat, and sometimes the way

you talk. Tooth loss can even lead to depression or anxiety.

Dental implants look, feel and work like real teeth.  They can give you back the ability to eat your favorite foods, smile without hesitation, and the confidence knowing that you can still be you, even if you have lost a tooth.  Let Alliance Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery assist you in replacing a broken or missing tooth.

Are you a new patient?

When you visit Alliance Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for the first time, we'll spend some time getting to know you and discussing your medical history.  Then we'll perform an evaluation of your specific dental or jaw issues, including diagnosis and treatment options.  Sometimes, we may be able to perform needed surgery right then and there, but in most cases, that will take place in subsequent appointments.  You can help the process get off to a faster start by filling out the forms on our Patient Information page in advance of your arrival.
